I'm writing this
letter to you in response to a question that has come up in recent
discussions: How do I protect myself from the Federal Government at
home, in the California Republic?
I'm writing,
because the question involves a multitude of issues that make the
matter very complex, so I'm writing instead of trying to talk
about it.
First, to simplify
matters, I'll stipulate that the factors governing individual protection
involve the following: 1.) Jurisdiction 2.) Notices 3.) Education
4.) Practice. These elements make the whole of ones need for protection.
1.) Jurisdiction:
Who's Citizen are you?
Under color of authority of "WE the PEOPLE" the United
States Constitution was created and instituted (a corporation was
formed with the name of "United States" supposedly for
the benefit of the PEOPLE).
In "whenever
the year was" the corporation (U.S.) amended its bylaws (U.S.
Constitution) to include the Fourteenth Amendment. This Amendment
(never ratified [approved by the required Political Body]) created
a Second class of citizenship (U.S. citizen), where there had before
only been First class CITIZENSHIP, the WHITE Citizen.
The "WHITE"
Citizen, being one and the same with "WE the PEOPLE" is
used in this instance not as in color, but is used in reference to
ones POLITICS/POLITICAL status. Remember, each one of these PEOPLE
were sovereign/kings in their own RIGHT, holding the same stature
as a king or separate nation.
Because of the
creation of the Fourteenth Amendment (never ratified), laws were and
are being created to govern the U.S. citizen, wherever he/she may
reside.
"WE the
PEOPLE" created "CONGRESS" not the other way around.
So "WE the PEOPLE" are not subject to the dictates/laws
of "CONGRESS", but "CONGRESS" is subject to
the dictates of "WE the PEOPLE".
However, things
are entirely different for the U.S. citizen. When the Fourteenth Amendment
(never ratified) was instituted into the bylaws of this U.S. Corporation,
a new citizen was created where none existed before.
Because "CONGRESS"
created the "U.S. citizen" and not the other way around,
the "U.S. citizens" is subject to the every whim of "CONGRESS".
Further, "CONGRESS" owes no permanent obligations to the
"U.S. citizen". Under prevailing and longstanding law,
the U.S. citizen does not have "Rights and Immunities"
as is secured by "WE the PEOPLE", it has "Rights
and Privileges" which can be suspended at any time upon the
legislation of "CONGRESS".
So, Who's Citizen are you? The government can only control its
own.
2.) Notices:
Haven't you been reading the Signs?
Under existing law, any special conditions or terms must be openly
stipulated in any contract otherwise the contract is void for non-disclosure.
So tell me, where
is the law that says a human being must get a social security number?
Can't find it? Don't worry it doesn't exist. So why does
everyone have one?
a.
According to existing law every U.S. citizen is required to have a
Taxpayer ID# [SSI#], so that their financial transactions can be tracked,
wherever they may reside. Why? Because U.S. citizens have a mandatory
income tax obligation, the government has the right to monitor their
financial transactions. That's called having a "protected
liberty interest". Because of this, the U.S. citizen is not
allowed to enter into any transaction without the use of the Taxpayer
ID#.
"WE the
PEOPLE" do not possess a SSI#. "WE the PEOPLE" do
not possess an "income" tax obligation. "WE the
PEOPLE" engage in work. As such, "WE" do not have
"income".
b. Of
course, the U.S. citizen does not possess the right to travel, so
he/she must have the permission of the Legislature [CONGRESS] to drive,
a privilege bestowed by CONGRESS. So the U.S. citizen must have a
valid driver's license when driving.
"WE the
PEOPLE" do not require the permission of "CONGRESS"
to travel, so they possess…. Maybe an International Driver's
Permit (not issued by CONGRESS), or maybe even a Traveling Permit
that they've created of they're own.
c.
U.S. citizens have a Certificate of Birth (Birth Certificate) filed
in the State [Corporate U.S.] of their birth. This document identifies
that the individual named was born within the State [U.S.]
"WE the
PEOPLE" do not have birth certificates. They would have an "Affidavit
of Birth" drawn up by the kid's parents (father) identifying
the parents, the kids name, time and place of birth and other information
relevant to the time. This document would be filed in the County Courthouse
in the "state" [Republic] of birth.
d.
U.S. citizens do not have the right to own property, or to travel,
so their automobiles must be registered. They must have the permission
of CONGRESS before they can exercise the privilege of driving. They
must have the valid license plate sticker on their license plate or
they will be penalized.
"WE the
PEOPLE" are not required to have a registered automobile because
they have the right to own property and have the right to travel in
it.
"WE the PEOPLE" possess an "IMMUNITY" from
the laws and actions of law enforcement officers.
"WE the PEOPLE" would not have a license plate issued
from DMV, but would have one of their own creation, or none at all.
e.
Most CREDIT CARDS are for U.S. citizens only!!!!
"WE the
PEOPLE" usually, most exclusively make cash transactions only.
However, with current technological advances, it is possible to establish
the same financial advantages without the use of the SSI# as with
it. However, some limitations apply.
f.
If someone asked if you were a resident of the State of your birth,
how would you answer? Yes or No?
Well, a U.S. citizen would answer YES and he/she would be 100% correct.
As under existing and longstanding law, the U.S. citizen is an "Alien"
to (in) every state. He/she has no permanent home. U.S. citizens are
limited to temporary dwellings only. So they would be a resident to
the State in every legal definition allowed. And as such, they need
to be regulated and controlled, to protect the native state Citizens.
A member of "WE
the PEOPLE" would answer No, and he/she would be 100% correct.
As under existing and longstanding law, "WE the PEOPLE"
do not reside, they "live". As such, they are referred
to as Non-resident Aliens (Aliens to the U.S., native to the land).
g.
If someone asked if you had a marriage license, how would you answer?
Yes or No?
Well, a U.S. citizen does not have the right of marriage without the
permission of CONGRESS. A U.S. citizen is required by law to possess
a marriage license before they can get married.
A member of "WE
the PEOPLE" would record the births and marriages that occurred
in their family in the Old Family Bible, like everybody else.
h.
In Nevada, a Superior Court Judge ruled that "ALL" the
children currently residing in the State now belonged to the State.
Why? How could he do this? Because word came down, and "ALL"
the children possessed SSI #'s, so the judge made his move.
What he did was simple, and totally legal.
Have you been
paying attention to the Notices/Signs?
3.) Education: What have you learned? Do you really know what's
going on?
a.
The average U.S. citizen, educated in the government (public) school
system has little to any desire to be independently responsible for
him or herself. They are more comfortable with someone else making
the decisions, handling the responsibility.
The average Sovereign
Citizen (WE the PEOPLE) would have been educated at home at either
his/her mother or father's knee (figuratively speaking). The
parents would have made arrangements for the kid's education.
The parents would make sure that the kid read the correct books, studied
the correct subjects/topics.
b.
The average U.S. citizen educated in a government school has little
to any drive to accomplish any tasks, goals, dreams, etc. that are
in line with family values or systems. If it doesn't meet the
approval of their social class/peer group, it probably won't
get done.
The average Sovereign
Citizen educated at home would have a sense of Family Pride and Purpose,
and so would have that drive for independence and freedom that is
missing in the average person, and so would accomplish their goals,
dreams, tasks, etc.
c.
The average U.S. citizen has been conditioned to work and play. There
is little thought in their lives for the future, until it is the future.
They have been conditioned to rely on the government for their needs.
Their whole life is one series of work episode after play episode,
then sleep.
The average Sovereign
Citizen educated at home at either his/her mother or father's
knee, would be filled with the Purpose of Family, so they would look
to the Future so as to better protect, nurture, and/or provide for
the continuity of Family. Their lives would be a reflection of their
accomplishments. Sovereigns at their play would be with Family and
Friends.
d.
The average U.S. citizen will usually be found working for someone
else. They usually resist responsibility, and decision-making. They
will retire on Social Security (hopefully), and that will be their
lives.
The average Sovereign
Citizen at his or her best is an independent minded, and freethinking
individual. These people usually always end up running things. They
do not contentedly follow the crowd. They tend to think for themselves,
and so being responsible, they usually get things done efficiently.
They are accustomed to control and responsibility.
4.) Practice:
How are you living? Are you living your life like the U.S. citizen,
looking for and inviting government control?
Or are you the
Freethinking Sovereign who finds the answers to their own questions,
seeking out the information, investigating?
Do you step-up
when its crunch time? Or are you still on the bleachers after the
buzzer sounds?
What's
your practice? Who are you? U.S. Citizen (Slave) or Sovereign Citizen
(Master)?
The things you
do everyday help determine who and what you are. Every time the curtain
goes up, and you don't take center stage, you re-enforce your
tendencies to stay put!
Every time you
stay put, when you know that you should move, you lose.
What is your
practice?

I guess that that is about all that I can say on the subject without
giving away any trade secrets. If people really want to protect themselves
from the government…then their Education has to come first.
Without the Education, the Big Bad government will just eat up the
poor little U.S. citizens.
